We were amazed at both the quality/selection of products and the exceptional level of service we enjoyed at each touch-point in the process. Although our needs were modest, we were afforded every consideration and made to feel truly valued. I couldn't think of a way to improve on the experience we had.

From the moment my husband and I walked into La optionz, we felt so welcome. The staff was highly knowledgeable and approachable while allowing us space to explore. They have a high-quality product and we were able to easily make our choices. Their level of professionalism is above anything we have experienced and they've cultivated a true feeling of family amongst the staff and customers they closely work with. Special mention to Yusuf Ali Lokhandwala, SaifudinDhandhukawala, Murtuza Bhai & Harsh Bhai for all of their guidance, expertise and great energy; they made the experience such a fun one.
